Paket kabul edilmemi\u015f ve tutanak tutulmu\u015f ise, durum, tutana\u011f\u0131 \u201cAl\u0131c\u0131\u201d\u2019da kalan kopyas\u0131yla birlikte 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde \u201cSat\u0131c\u0131\u201d\u2019ya bildirilmelidir. \u201cSat\u0131c\u0131\u201d en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yeni ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir teslimat\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Paket t\u00fcketici taraf\u0131ndan teslim al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra teslimat\u00e7\u0131 firman\u0131n g\u00f6revini lay\u0131k\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>

\u00a0\u201cSat\u0131c\u0131\u201d, S\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin eksiksiz ve sipari\u015fte belirtilen niteliklere uygun olarak teslim edilmesinden sorumludur. \u00d6demeler \u201cAl\u0131c\u0131\u201d\u2019n\u0131n kredi kart\u0131 \u00a0yada banka transferi ile yap\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>

S\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn teslimat\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u00fcr\u00fcn bedelinin \u201cSat\u0131c\u0131\u201d\u2019ya \u00f6denmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ko\u015fulu aranmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcr\u00fcn bedelinin herhangi bir nedenle \u201cSat\u0131c\u0131\u201d\u2019ya \u00f6denmemesi halinde, \u201cSat\u0131c\u0131\u201d, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn teslimi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden kurtulmu\u015f kabul edilecektir.<\/p>
